30-Day Return Period
Products need to be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. The return period begins when the order is delivered to the designated shipping address.
Please contact customer service first. Once your return is approved, ship the return package to the return address listed below within the 30-day return period.

Refund Amount
Approved refunds include:

Orders that received free shipping do not have an original shipping charge to refund.
Refund Method and Time

Exchanges
Customers can exchange a returned product for any product currently available and in stock.
We pay the approved return shipping and replacement shipping costs.
When the replacement product has a higher price, the customer pays the price difference before shipment. When the replacement product has a lower price, the price difference is refunded to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.
